In my own personal healing journey with addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma, plant medicine opened the door for me to see myself clearly and to release what truly wasn’t mine to carry in the first place. So much so that I traveled to Africa to receive the training and sacramental rites to serve an ancient plant medicine that liberated me from many things.
