Who is Heather Annette Davis?
Heather is an intuitive author and speaker who writes and speaks from lived experience and deep listening - where story, faith, and inner knowing meet.
A yoga instructor, sound and energy healer, traditionally trained Missoko Bwiti Iboga provider, and recovering perfectionist, she has learned that the most sacred healing is found in life’s messiest places.
She helps people release their struggles, fears, and pain-embracing the mess - and discover their deepest truth, where real FREEDOM begins. Through her unwavering faith and guided by God, she leads sacred healing circles and plant medicine journeys that help others rise into the life they were created for.
When she’s not guiding ceremony, you can find her wandering mountain trails, obsessing over pickled okra, or being lovingly humbled by her two kids - whose eye rolls are just as powerful as her prayers - and her dog, who’s mostly in it for the snacks.
Heather lives in North Carolina, where she operates her spiritual practice, The Lotus Soul, and continues to rise, bloom, and radiate.
